If you're a fan of the Bloons series, then this is a game for you to try! Bloons Super Monkey is less puzzle-oriented, and more action central. You play as a super monkey, flying through the air, popping as many bloons as humanely (monkely?) possible. As per other Bloons games, you can many familiar upgrades, such as more darts thrown at once and boomerangs. There are also some interesting new additions, such as the plasma tentacle, which shoots out like an arm to pop extra bloons.
Overall, there aren't many things I can find fault in with Bloons Super Monkey. While I could say that the music doesn't seem to fit the theme of the game, I am sure there are more than a few people who really enjoyed it - which in the end is still a great thing. This is also a game where the creator put some thought into game functions, as he has included separate buttons to mute the sound effects and the music (which, if you've read any of my other Kongregate reviews, you will know is a big deal to me). This is also a game you can come back to more than once, as there is little by means of a learning curve, and a lot by means of entertainment.
